These days, I need an extra serving of happiness. This is a place that makes me happy: Cologne's smallest restaurant (just one table and six chairs), plus delicatessen shop: Le Bouffon in Cologne Sülz.
Just have a look. They have olive oil that's called Mario. Or Franco. Plus lots of spices, porcini mushroom mustard (and lots of other flavors), handmade pastry, wines from France of course, coffee from India, dried eggplants from Sicily and so on. And the owner is a lady who owns a circus, too. How cool is that?

Zur Zeit bin ich froh über jede Extraportion Glück. Das hier ist ein Ort, der mich glücklich macht: Kölns kleinstes Restaurant (ein Tisch, sechs Stühle) uns Delikatessenladen: Le Bouffon in Köln-Sülz.
Schaut Euch einfach nur um. Sie haben Olivenöl, das Mario heißt. Oder Franco. Dazu jede Menge Gewürze, Steinpilzsenf (und andere Geschmacksrichtungen), selbstgemachtes Gebäck, natürlich Weine aus Frankreich, Kaffee aus Indien, getrocknete Auberginen aus Sizilien usw. Und die Besitzerin hat auch einen Circus - wie cool ist das denn?
