Ich habe meine Mutter besucht und sie am Sonntag zum Gottesdienst mitgenommen. Der Pfarrer begann mit "Was für eine Woche" und ich dachte: Ja, Terroranschläge, die Schießerei Orlando und jede Menge Hassverbrechen ..." und er fuhr fort: "Regen, Regen, Regen." So fühle ich mich, wenn ich hier blogge, als würde draußen nichts geschehen. Andererseits ist mein Blog für mich auch immer eine kleine Oase inmitten einer wahnsinnigen Welt. Dieses Video bringt aber beides auf den Punkt: Broadwaystars haben sich zusammengetan als Unterstützung für die Opfer von Orlando, aber ihre Botschaft haben sie mit dem Songtitel von Burt Bacharach klargemacht: Was die Welt jetzt braucht, ist Liebe.
